Eva Spezial Sandwich®
Here you will find an overview of our two-layer vulcanized composite sheets.
Our EVA SPEZIAL SANDWICH ® sheets stand for efficiency and economy in the production of footbedings and individual insoles. All EVA products mentioned are closed cell. They are washable up to 50° degrees.
The oven setting is 130 - 150° C. The specifications refer to activation in a closed heating oven.
TIP: By applying a damp, cold cloth, the cooling time is reduced by approx. 30%!

Here you will find an overview of our three-layer vulcanised composite sheets.
Our EVA SPEZIAL SANDWICH TRIPLEX® sheets stand for efficiency and economy in the manufacture of footbedings and individual insoles. All EVA products mentioned are closed-cell and washable up to 50° degrees.
The oven setting is 130 - 150° C. The specifications refer to activation in the
closed heating oven.

Sandwich® OT
These products combine the required level of stability with an internal padding
Further advantages:
- Residual comfort due to lower hardness - compared to the above mentioned PP or PE sheets
- Extreme thin grinding is therefore not necessary - also due to the material properties no razor-sharp edges can occur here. Rivets - which are required for fastening fastening elements - do not lie on the surface, but are drawn into the material to such an extent that no irritating contact points can arise with the skin.
